As the Cluster Human Resources Manager you hold responsibility for the HR performance throughout the hotels within your cluster. The Cluster HR Manager reports directly to the Group HR Manager and will have strong working relationships with each hotel’s General Manager. The Cluster HR Manager will also line manage a Cluster HR Coordinator, both individuals will work together closely and form the on-site HR support team for the hotels within their cluster.
Your day will be varied, and you will operate as a true HR generalist. For example, you may be interviewing a fantastic Restaurant Manager in the morning, coordinating training midday, and working on an engagement project in the afternoon. So, with many different priorities, you will need to be a highly organized, structured and action driven individual who is able to communicate well and effectively manage expectations.
