HR Manager

A leading business is looking for a hands-on HR Manager to join its team based in Central London.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take full responsibility for developing and implementing the people strategy and vision for the organisation. You will develop the employee handbook, along with UK policies and procedures. Additionally, you will manage employee relations, recruitment processes, appraisal frameworks, and develop the performance management programme.  You will manage a team of two, therefore prior line management experience is a key requirement.

To be suitable for this role, you will be a practical and dynamic HR Manager, ideally holding a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.  You will hold strong knowledge of current employment law and have the ability to be a standalone, well-organised HR generalist. You will have a demonstrable track record of working in a collaborative, innovative and agile way.

With offices in the Midlands and Yorkshire, you will be required to travel to sites to provide direct guidance and support. Please note, this role is an office-based position but there will be flexibility provided.

This is an excellent opening for a dedicated HR Manager, holding demonstratable experience of successfully delivering change, to join a growing organisation.
