HR Manager - £55,000 - SW London, Hybrid
We are seeking an HR Manager to join a specialised professional association and provide comprehensive HR support to their employees and managers. This role involves managing HR projects, developing the HR team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional HR services. Key Responsibilities:
HR Team and Service Management:
Manage and develop the HR team, ensuring HR knowledge and practices are up-to-date and aligned with organisational needs.
Provide support and guidance where needed on complex cases.
Employee Relations:
Manage quality, consistency, and policy compliance of ER casework and support managers in its application and ER cases.
Manage sick leave and disabilities in a fair and consistent manner and promote a discrimination-free workplace.
Employee Development:
Develop and manage performance improvement processes, ensuring employees access necessary learning for their roles. Continuously review and improve learning and training offerings, whilst managing the training budget.
Pay and Benefits:
Oversee payroll and pensions payment processes and implement pay and benefit policy changes.
Review benefit uptake and propose changes as needed.
HR Project Management:
Plan and manage HR projects, including policy changes and performance improvement initiatives within set times and to budget. Responsible for reviewing and improving HR change management processes and proposing enhancements to HR team and employee performance alignment.
To be successful in this role the company are looking for the following skills:

- Familiarity with HR systems and regulations.
- Previous experience managing a small team.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is advantageous.
