HR Generalist

A multinational architectural firm based in London is looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join their tight-knit high-functioning HR team. The organisation embraces flexible working and requires you onsite 2 days per week.

Reporting directly to the HR Director you will provide in-depth HR guidance and support to key stakeholders which could range from strategic HR advice to day-to-day operational issues, such as sickness, absence, performance management, or disciplinaries. You will also be heavily involved in the recruitment lifecycle and onboarding processes, L&D, and reviewing HR policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, inspirational, and dynamic all-round HR professional with a proven track record of working successfully and comfortably within a small team. You will be computer literate using Microsoft Office, ideally, candidates will hold a CIPD qualification however this is not an essential requirement. Experience within the construction/architectural industry would be highly advantageous to your application.
