Up to £135,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Our client, a fast-growing, private equity-backed business, is looking for a commercially sharp HR Director to lead its people strategy through an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be a key member of the leadership team, driving organisational performance, building leadership capability, and ensuring the business has the talent, structure, and culture to scale successfully.

 

The Role

  • Shape and deliver a high-impact people strategy aligned to growth objectives
  • Partner with the CEO and exec team to drive performance through people
  • Lead organisational design, transformation, and workforce planning
  • Build strong leadership pipelines and oversee senior talent strategy
  • Drive a high-performance culture, engagement, and change initiatives
  • Define reward and incentive frameworks aligned to results
  • Oversee a scalable, high-performing HR function 
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making and track impact

 

About You

  • Experienced HR leader within a 300+ employee, fast-paced or PE-backed environment
  • Commercial, data-driven, and highly credible with senior stakeholders
  • Proven in driving change, transformation, and growth
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • CIPD qualified
