HR Director
Hertfordshire (Hybrid)
Up to £135,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Our client, a fast-growing, private equity-backed business, is looking for a commercially sharp HR Director to lead its people strategy through an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be a key member of the leadership team, driving organisational performance, building leadership capability, and ensuring the business has the talent, structure, and culture to scale successfully.
The Role
- Shape and deliver a high-impact people strategy aligned to growth objectives
- Partner with the CEO and exec team to drive performance through people
- Lead organisational design, transformation, and workforce planning
- Build strong leadership pipelines and oversee senior talent strategy
- Drive a high-performance culture, engagement, and change initiatives
- Define reward and incentive frameworks aligned to results
- Oversee a scalable, high-performing HR function
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and track impact
About You
- Experienced HR leader within a 300+ employee, fast-paced or PE-backed environment
- Commercial, data-driven, and highly credible with senior stakeholders
- Proven in driving change, transformation, and growth
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- CIPD qualified
