HR Business Partner - Kent - £55,000pa
A highly successful business based in Sittingbourne, Kent are looking for an ambitious HR Business Partner to join the team.
As the HR Business Partner, reporting into the Group Head of People and Development, you will be working with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organisation and people capability and to implement effective people strategies and activities.
This role would suit an experienced HR Business Partner or a Junior HR Business Partner/HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor looking for a step up into a 2000 headcount environment, coaching 150 managers. The ideal candidate will have HR experience within the retail sector.
Please note – the role will be office based and will involve travel to their two other offices (locally based).
Your key responsibilities as HR Business Partner will include working with managers and leaders to inform the people strategy, you will work with key stakeholders to discuss people challenges and use evidence and data to identity people priorities for the business and address future workforce needs. You will bring your people expertise to develop solutions to help the business area to deliver against strategy, provide guidance on people practices such as restructures and succession planning and coach and provide feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar HR role, coaching and training managers, ideally within the retail sector. Have excellent knowledge of UK employment law with the ability to build relationships and influence people across the business.
The salary on offer is between £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.
