HR Administrator – City of London, Hybrid
A highly successful global business with offices in the City, London are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an established, financially stable business and a lovely, supportive and collaborative team.
Please note- this role is hybrid offering 3 days per week in the London office (City) and 2 days at home.
As the HR Administrator you will work closely with the HR team including recruitment, learning and development, talent, payroll and the HR Generalists to provide and effective HR administration service. Working closely with the HR Business Partner and HR Director you will work be the backbone of the HR team; ensuring that a brilliant HR service is available to all employees.
Key responsibilities of this HR Assistant role will include:

Onboarding new employees

Supporting Learning and Development and Talent across administration; scheduling of training courses and learning workshops

Updating HR systems

Manging the centralised HR inbox; providing a first point of contact for all HR queries and questions

Support the HR team across employee relations issues; taking minutes in meetings

Administration support for the HR Director
This is a pivotal role for this organisation and one which will enable you to get involved in all areas of the employee lifecycle. This organisation is committed to supporting and developing their employees and they may consider supporting additional CIPD qualifications too.
The salary on offer for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience) plus great benefits.
