HR Assistant - £40,000 – City of London – Hybrid
A global financial services business based in the City of London are looking for a commercial, personable HR Assistant to joint their team.
Working in a supportive, collaborative HR team of ten you will work to support all HR and employee lifecycle processes; working across L&D, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Global Mobility etc. This is a brilliant opportunity for a driven HR/People Assistant or HR Administrator or HR Coordinator to join an established business offering hybrid working.
Key responsibilities of this People Assistant role will include:
Respond to general HR enquiries and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees
Responsible for the HR inbox to ensure that all queries are responded to or assigned to the relevant team member
Produce timely reports on HR data as requested by the business, analysing and summarising these as needed
Support L&D with delivery of Training calendar, achieving completion of training and other L&D admin tasks when required
Support the Wellbeing agenda and assist with activities being facilitated and promoted
Support for DE&I Committee / Mentor Programme
Assist in the administration of the annual salary review, bonus and promotion cycle, including distribution and filing of pay review letters
Assist with managing the administration for HR regulatory processes and best practice for SMCR employee population as required.
Produce the HR Dashboard information and provide initial analysis.
Manage probation process to ensure that managers are contacted in advance, all documentation is completed and probation status confirmations issued
Manage the induction and onboarding process
Manage the leaver process, including creating and sending out leaver letters
Manage the administration of any promotion or contractual changes, including creating relevant documents, and filings returned/signed documents.
The ideal candidate will have previous HR Administration experience and will be comfortable in a busy and fast paced environment.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £40,000 plus benefits and bonus.
