HR Advisor

A dynamic, global business is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join its team based near Slough on an initial 3-month contract. This role is fully office based so you will need to be on-site 5 days per week.

As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the HR function, you will play a key role in driving employee engagement and ensuring best practice across all HR activities. You will provide advice on employee relations matters, drive performance management, act as a point of escalation and support managers with complex employee relations issues.

In order to be suitable for this role, you will be a proven HR professional with solid understanding of HR best practice. Having an excellent communication style is a prerequisite for this role alongside being a proactive HR generalist. Holding a CIPD qualification is advantageous to your application but by no means necessary.
