A well-established charity is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the team based in Putney. As an organisation that embraces flexibility you will have the opportunity to work from home up to 4 days per week.
Reporting into the Director of People & Culture you will support the HR function by providing a high performing service. You will act as a referral point of contact for HR enquiries, provide professional guidance on disciplinary’s, grievances, absence and employment law. Additionally, you will support with the annual salary review, manage employee relations and ensure that administration processes are in place and effective.
In order to be suitable for this role you will have experience of providing expert, solutions focussed advice on all aspects of employee relations. You will have sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice coupled with a CIPD qualification. Any prior experience of working in a similar sector including charity or non-profit is advantageous but by no means necessary.
