An impressive charity is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the team based in South London. The organisation offers flexibility, so you are able to work from home 2-3 days per week. Please note, that there will be occasional travel to offices in West London.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will work alongside a team of 8 HR professionals to provide expert, high quality advice across the employee lifecycle whilst directly line managing 1 HR Administrator. You will work closely with other HR teams, including Recruitment, Systems and Information, and Learning and Organisational Development to ensure the provision of an effective, end to end HR service.
The successful candidate will be confident in providing a high level of HR support, including coaching and supporting managers through complex employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievance, conflict resolution, absence management, performance, change-related, etc). You will be CIPD qualified and have the ability to contribute towards policy development, organisational change and training. You will also have excellent knowledge of employment law and maintain close attention to legislative. Experience of TUPE processes would be advantageous to your application but by no means necessary.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable HR Advisor to join a charity that holds an outstanding record of achievement to support the ongoing development of their HR function.
