An impressive Architecture and Design Agency is looking for an accomplished HR Advisor to join its team, based in Central London. Please note that this role is hybrid, so you will be able to work from home 1 or 2 days per week.
Reporting to the HR Manager within a close-knit team of 5 HR professionals, you will provide an effective and efficient HR partnering service to the business. You will be kind, approachable, organised and methodical and will ensure that your advice and guidance is in line with company policies, procedures and legal requirements.

You will be a personable, empathetic and adaptable individual who is able to work independently. You will have excellent knowledge of employment law and maintain close attention to legislative changes which impact on and require application to the workplace. Previous experience with retention, reward and employee engagement initiatives would also be helpful. CIPD accreditation is preferred but candidates with great practical experience will also be considered.
You will ensure that a smooth and efficient HR service is delivered to the business, providing guidance to the firm from an operational perspective. This is a truly outstanding opportunity for a capable HR Advisor to join an impressive organisation that offers an extensive range of benefits and career progression opportunities.
