HR Administrator

A multinational architectural firm is looking for an HR Administrator to join its growing, highly professional team based in London. The organisation embraces flexible working and requires you onsite 2 days per week.

Within this role you will work closely with a tight-knit high functioning team to manage key aspects of the HR function providing generalist support to the business and proactively advise and support key stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include managing all day-to-day HR processes including recruitment campaigns and on-boarding processes, maintaining HR records/systems, HR reporting and analysis and administrative support.

In order to be suitable for this position you will be a personable HR professional with proven experience in providing outstanding generalist HR support, paired with excellent communication skills both oral and written. Alongside this, you will have strong IT skills across the Microsoft Office Suite. Any experience working within the construction/architectural industry would be highly advantageous to your application.
