A not-for-profit housing association based in Central London are looking for a Head of IT to join the team.

As the Head of IT with three direct reports, you will provide strategic leadership to ensure the IT strategy and systems are developed, maintained, implemented and continuously improved.
Your key responsibilities as the Head of IT will be to lead on best practise and tech innovation, monitor and report on the performance of the IT function, create a vision for the IT service, develop and maintain IT strategy and lead on projects, take charge of IT budget management and manage SLA’s and contracts with third parties. You will respond to the changing needs of the business by engaging with stakeholders and completing business analysis to identify required changes to applications, infrastructure, devises and policies. You will also resolve business technical issues (when required), maintain internet and systems usage policies for employees, evaluate technical efficiency and provide data quality management.
The ideal candidate will hold an IT degree and have working experience in IT strategy development, managing IT infrastructure, leading change in an IT environment, budget management, managing service level agreements and contracts, knowledge of software and licencing laws and carrying out impact analysis of system changes.
The salary on offer is up to £70,000 per annum dependent on the level of experience + an excellent benefits package.
