An impressive and rapidly growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced Head of HR to join the team on an initial 6-month fixed term contract. The business embraces flexibility so you are able to work from home 3-4 days per week. There will be a requirement to travel to other sites across the UK.
In this standalone position, you will take full responsibility for shaping and building the HR function and for developing and implementing the people strategy and vision for the organisation. Working closely with the CEO you will advise on best practice, compliance and employment law as well as reviewing policies and executing initiatives arising from the strategy. You will operate as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on HR leader, establishing frameworks and managing the day-to-day lifecycle.
In order to be suitable for this role, you will be a capable Head of HR with hands-on HRIS implementation experience, ideally within a professional services organisation. You will have a strong commercial and people focussed background and have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement across the full HR scope. Holding a CIPD qualification is advantageous to your application.
