A successful technology business based in Peterborough is looking for an accomplished Head of HR to join its team. This organisation embraces flexibility so you will be able to work remotely with occasional travel to business offices and off-site engagements.
Leading the people function of this 80-person business, you will take full responsibility for developing and implementing the people strategy and vision for the organisation. Your remit will include reward and recognition, remuneration reviews, employee relations, recruitment, appraisals and performance management. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the TUPE process and have prior experience with dealing with ACAS.
To be suitable for this role, you will be a capable and articulate Head of HR with a proven track record of leading teams and improving processes in line with company objectives. You will hold strong knowledge of current employment law and will provide HR generalist support across the business. You will have a demonstrable track record of working in a collaborative, innovative and agile way and will also coach managers to get the best out of their teams. A CIPD level 7 accreditation would be advantageous to your application but is not essential.
