A reputable firm of family law solicitors is searching for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join its team in Central London. Hybrid working is available so you will have the flexibility to work from home on Monday’s and Friday’s. To be suitable for this role, you will hold experience working within the legal sector.
In this standalone role, you will take full ownership of the business’ day-to-day HR function to drive the people strategy forward. You will provide strategic HR advice, manage the performance management process and develop HR services including internal recruitment, training, succession planning, employee relations and benefits / rewards. The Head of HR will be responsible for managing the annual salary and bonus review process and implementing an employee assistance programme to contribute to the employee focussed vision of the firm. A large portion of this role will involve upskilling the current team therefore strong learning and development experience is required to be suitable for this position.
In order to be suitable for this role, you will be a proactive and enthusiastic Head of HR with a proven track record of working within a professional services environment. You will be an engaged and inspirational leader and have the ability to manage the end-to-end HR practises for the law firm.
