A highly successful and rapidly growing Tech company based near London Bridge are looking for a recent Graduate eager to develop their career with an Operations role. The Operations team work to support all areas of the business including tech, customer solutions and finance; this role will be dynamic and wide ranging as you work with colleagues across all departments. The Ops team are a fast paced, solution focused planning function and you will be exposed to all areas of the business. Key responsibilities of this Graduate Operations Assistant role will include:
Project coordination – supporting Project Managers across customer facing projects
Monitoring cost across projects
Managing order processing
Collaborating with stakeholders internally to ensure timescales and deadlines are met
Sales administration; raising invoices
Providing a first point of contact for client/customer queries
