A well-established financial services firm is looking for a personable and driven Graduate IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team based in Mayfair. This company embrace flexibility and the chosen candidate will be able to work on a hybrid basis following an initial training period.
As the IT Support Analyst, you will act as the first point of contact for all technical issues. You will work as an integral part of a team of engineers to deliver a centralised 1st/2nd support service for all system issues and be responsible for providing frontline support to both users and employees across the business. This role involves taking incoming calls, managing requests, resolving or escalating incidents when necessary and therefore excellent communication skills are a key requirement.
The successful candidate will possess a Computer Science or relevant IT degree. Any prior commercial experience in a 1st line role or placement year, working within a Windows environment would be highly desirable.
