HR Manager - South West London - Hybrid working

Please note – this organisation are looking for someone to happy to commit to some time in the office for the first two months while they build those initial connections internally but beyond there this role offers significant remote working options.
As the HR Manager, you will support the Head of HR to drive change while maintaining the supportive, kind and collaborative culture. You will add value to the team through support, coaching and mentoring; driving for an environment that focuses strongly on professional personal development.
This is a true HR Generalist role – the HR and People team are responsible for everything people focused including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, wellbeing, employee engagement, training and L&D. You will be responsible for delivering an effective HR service that encompasses: providing support and guidance for ER issues when needed, managing quality, consistency, and policy compliance of ER casework and supporting managers in its application. Developing and managing performance improvement processes, ensuring employees access necessary learning for their roles. Continuously reviewing and improving learning and training offerings, whilst managing the training budget. In addition, you will oversee payroll and manage the delivery of a range of HR Projects.
This role would suit an experienced HR Manager or HR Generalist that enjoys managing people. You will be able to manage different types of stakeholders effectively and will have an up to date knowledge of UK employment law. You will be proactive and conscientious and will enjoy building great working relationships. A CIPD qualification would be beneficial but not essential.
