Facilities Assistant – Retail - £35,000
A well-established organisation operating within the retail sector are looking for a personable and professional Facilities Assistant, Facilities Coordinator or Facilities Administrator to join their team.
Working within the Facilities Management team your role will be centred around supporting the FM Helpdesk with day-to-day activities including arranging contractor works and projects. You will also provide support to the Facilities Manager and FM Strategy & Planning Lead with various Facilities tasks and duties.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist Facilities Manager, FM Strategy & Planning Lead and the team in delivering proactive and solution-focused approach for facilities services to our stores.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to arrange sites visits and obtain quotes.
Communicate with staff and suppliers to address queries/requests efficiently.
Provide support to the Maintenance team on the raising and closing of reactive, PPM and scheduled job requests within the FM Helpdesk department.
Assist the Facilities team in raising purchase orders and the subsequent processing of the associated invoices at Head Office.
Provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager and the Facilities Team.
Assist Facilities Manager and FM Strategy & Planning Lead in producing and collating reports for Management.
Assist Facilities Manager and FM Strategy & Planning Lead in the effective management of the H&S and Security projects.
Provide support to the FM in maintaining supplier details of all associated documentation for Health and Safety.
The role is based in their head office which is in Central London – Park Lane. Hybrid working is offered – 4 days per week in the office and 1 day per week at home.
Salary wise this role is paying up to £35,000 – depending on experience.
