Financial Services - Remote - 4 month contract

we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a company director within a financial services firm. The role requires a quick thinking individual, who is proactive and experienced in operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

- Provide executive support in scheduling and organising calendars. 
- Managing inboxes, filtering and prioritising requests and actioning emails. 
- Proactively work with the business to ensure actions within the Directors remit are completed within a timely manner. 
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality. 
- Draft correspondence and proof read documents with high attention to detail. 

Skills required: 

- Prior experience as an EA. 
- Strong proficiency in IT using Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe. 
- Proactive, self-motivated and ability to work autonomously.
