Events & Sponsorship Exec - City of London, £33,000
A leading financial services company is looking for an experienced Events Executive to join its growing marketing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large organisation that runs a variety of events including virtual, large conferences, sponsorship events, race days etc. The company offer a hybrid working policy of 3 days in the City office and 2 days at home.
Day to day duties will include:
- Implement, attend and report on events and sponsorship in the events calendar
- Plan and execute events from start to finish including dealing with sponsors, invitations, tickets, invoicing etc.
- Attend when required and coordinate guests and activities
- Support both head office and smaller branch events
This Events Assistant / Executive role is paying up to £33,000 plus bonus and an excellent benefits package.
To be considered suitable for this role you will need to have previous experience in an events role either within the financial / wealth management space or alternatively within a regulated environment. In addition you will need to have exposure to a variety of events such as meetings, sponsorship, virtual.
