This is an exciting opportunity for an events executive to join a large organisation based in the City of London.
This position offers flexible working.
Supporting the senior event/event managers you’ll focus on the delivery of awards and the award programme.
You’ll be involved with onsite and virtual events and as such some UK travel may be required with overnight stays.
With excellent administration, communication, and customer service skills, you’ll be in charge of recruiting judges, sending invitations and updating the website with relevant information. Preparing packs and responding to enquiries as well as management of virtual judging and post judging administration.
At live awards you’ll be responsible for allocating tasks during set up and ensuring the event is ready for guests. Checking them in, supporting delivery of the live awards and managing the winners. Coordinating post event feedback.
A basic understanding of financials relating to invoicing, POs and payments would be beneficial.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role – delivering live events
- Degree educated or equivalent
- Excellent customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline driven
This is a permanent opportunity offering £28,000 – £32,000 per annum, DoE plus 20% bonus and good benefits
