Employment Advisor - Inside IR35 - £24 per hour - SE London / Kent

A government body is seeking an experienced Employment Advisor to support those who have been out of work for longer periods, who might need extra help to move back into employment. Helping them to identify and address the barriers that make this difficult by providing exemplary case management, including support, advice, advocacy, and signposting to relevant services.
 
Based in the Dartford area, SE London / Kent. This is a contract role for initially 26 weeks (36 hours per week) from approximately 13th October and paying £24.46 per hour, less deductions for insurance, taxes and umbrella company charges (PAYE £19.16 per hour). The closing date is Friday, 3rd October.
 
To be suitable for this role, you must have experience working in a recruitment or employment advisory environment, with a strong understanding of both issues that make accessing employment difficult and legislation / best practice. It is essential to have GCSE English & Maths, or equivalent professional qualification, as well as good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and databases. DBS certification is also required. Any experience of the Welfare to Work benefits is highly desirable.
