A leading multinational organisation based in Richmond, Surrey, is seeking an accomplished Digital Project Manager to join its team on an initial 12 month contract. This role is Outside IR35. The firm embraces hybrid working and provides the opportunity to work remotely 2/3 days per week.
We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering consumer centric websites and digital platforms to deliver a key strategic initiative. This will include coordinating the development and launch of a new consumer facing digital experience that will showcase live video streaming and recorded content across web and app platforms. You will work closely with the IT team to deliver the solution and will also interface with senior stakeholders, the marketing department, and external partners so exceptional communication skills are a prerequisite.
In order to be suitable for this role, you will have demonstrable experience of delivering B2C websites and/or digital platform projects. You will be the voice of the consumer and drive deep engagement with the digital echo system so you will have proven expertise working on projects that deliver a great user experience (UX) and user interfaces (UIs). As a key facet of the project is the live streaming of media content any experience with websites that showcase video content, OTT, the broadcast media, entertainment or sports industries would be advantageous to your application. A good understanding of digital marketing and digital engagement activities including performance metrics, KPIs and content activations would also be useful.
Working closely with a sizeable team of skilled digital, marketing and IT professionals, the successful candidate will deliver projects using a structured approach following the Agile Scrum methodology. As a key player in the team, you will manage projects across the full software development lifecycle and deliver an outstanding new web based product.
