A well-established, global business is currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join its team on a 4-month fixed term basis. The business encourages flexibility, so you are able to work from home 2 days per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. You will handle customer enquiries including assisting with product information, resolving complaints and escalating queries where necessary. You will prepare and dispatch outgoing packages, maintain accurate logs and monitor inventory, pickups and deliveries.
In order to be suitable of this role you will have the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment. You will be an organised and personable individual; excellent communication skills will be prerequisite for this position.
