We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance and Operations Administrator to join our clients growing organisation. This role is ideal for someone with experience in legal or contract administration and a passion for ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Review and Support: Assist with reviewing, proofreading, and managing contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
- Compliance Management: Work with the compliance team to maintain up-to-date policies and procedures, ensuring the organisation meets regulatory requirements.
- Operational Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and compile reports to support audits, legal reviews, and organisational accountability.
