An opening for a CRM Marketing Manager is now available within one of the UK's leading innovation accelerators. The company are in the process of digitising their sales and marketing processes and is looking for a well-established Marketing Technology professional to join their team to work closely with marketing colleagues to mature and develop marketing automation processes, analytics and reporting.
You will be responsible for refining and enriching data capture processes to ensure that information can be automatically segmented by persona and establish data-hygiene processes to ensure that data quality is maintained. You will also support marketing colleagues to leverage the newly implemented solutions, so they can design and build automated marketing campaigns.
Further responsibilities include; creating marketing dashboards in Power BI to shoe the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and develop a roadmap to deliver MarTech solutions.
Required skills:
Proven experience of implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics365 for Marketing and Customer Engagement.
Strong analytical skills and experience in creating data analysis using Microsoft Power BI.
Proficiency in marketing automations strategies.
This role will be offering hybrid working from home and their London office in Farringdon.
