This is a strategic CRM position working closely with the Head of Marketing, focusing on the engagement, conversion and retention strategies to increase client acquisition and lifetime value.
Responsibilities will include;
-Implementing advanced and intelligent mobile communication streams.
-Developing advanced optimisation plans for existing email programmes.
-Reporting on performance campaigns and using statistics, budget forecast and target audience counts for planning campaigns.
-Supporting the development of new email programmes (journey planning, messaging, email etc.)
To be suitable for this role you must;
-Have strong experience with Salesforce and maintaining reports
-Possess the ability to interpret data and drive business solutions
-Have strong stakeholder management skills
Although not essential, CRM strategy experience gained within financial services environment - ideally FX, would be considered highly advantageous.
