Contracts Assistant - Hybrid

Contracts Assistant – Hybrid - up to £28,000 pre annum 

Our client, an international publisher is looking to recruit a highly organised Contracts Assistant to provide general administrative support to the Contracts and Rights team.

This is a fulltime hybrid position, requiring 1 day on site, but they may consider candidates wanting 4 days a week. Our client offers an engaging and inclusive working environment and values collaboration. They offer ongoing career development and an excellent range of employee benefits 

The purpose of the role will include basic contractual and numerical analysis and reporting of relevant information to management. The issuing, maintenance, and storage of all contracts, you will require excellent administrative and organisational skills. It will also involve working with global offices coordinating the maintenance and distribution of contracts and providing statistical client information. 

As a Contracts Assistant you will require strong coordination skills and excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as having knowledge of CRM systems.  Previous experience working in a professional busy environment with a keen interest in legal aspects of contracts will be of great interest.
