A successful business based in Edgbaston, Birmingham is looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their team on a temporary, project-based contract.
Please note, this is a full-time, office-based role, Monday to Friday, and would suit someone with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
This role has no fixed end date, it is for the duration of a specific project and the length of the contract will depend on how quickly and efficiently the work is completed. It offers a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and capable of managing their own workload at pace.
As Compliance Administrator, you will support the business in reviewing and updating its contractor database. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing documentation (such as Right to Work, DBS checks, and proof of address), identifying any gaps or issues, and updating internal systems accordingly. You will communicate with contractors via email to request missing information and ensure all data is accurate and compliant with internal standards.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in an admin, data entry, or compliance role, and be confident working independently and managing a high-volume workload. You will be comfortable using internal systems (training provided), have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in producing accurate work.
The salary on offer for this role is £18.06 per hour.
