A government body is seeking an experienced Administrator to be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Duties will include minute-taking, scanning and copying documents, preparing information packs, and organising events.
Based in the Ilford area - hybrid. This is a contract role for initially 16 weeks (36 hours per week) from approximately 13th October and paying £19.90 per hour, less deductions for insurance, taxes and umbrella company charges (PAYE £15.63 per hour). The closing date is Friday, 10th October.
To be suitable for this role, you must have proven experience in an Administrator, Office Assistant, Secretary or similar admin-focused role. It is essential to have strong organisational, time-management and IT (MS Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint) skills. Any experience conducting DBS checks would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
