A well–established public sector organisation is looking for a proven Commercial Manager to oversee all contract and commercial aspects with the 3rd party digital supplier tasked with delivering digital solutions.

Working closely with the Digital Delivery team, the successful candidate will be responsible for all contractual and commercial aspects of technology contract or service areas. Duties will include reviewing and drafting contracts, setting and managing commercial negotiations and contractual compliance as well as resolving commercial issues.

This is a contract for initially 6 months, starting early / mid - October, and paying £550 - £650 per day depending on experience. It will be located between the London (City) office and working remotely.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have significant experience as a Commercial Manager with a proven track record managing and negotiating IT managed service contracts with large IT suppliers, preferably as part of public sector procurement. It is essential to have experience drafting IT contracts, negotiating service level agreements, as well as creating and maintaining financial models in Excel. The ideal candidate will also have good knowledge of Microsoft cloud products (Azure, Dynamics 365...etc.) and pricing.
