Business Support Officer - Inside IR35 - £19 per hour - South Wales

A government body is seeking an experienced Business Support Officer / Administrator to manage all administrative aspects of the service for the Recycling and Waste Business Systems & Technical Support teams. Duties will include answering customer queries or service complaints, updating the IT systems (Agresso), managing website information, monitoring service performance, designing and producing communication materials, chasing and monitoring payments, and supporting payroll.
 
Based in the Raglan area, South Wales. This is a contract role for initially 12 weeks (37 hours per week) from approximately 10 November and paying £19.51 per hour, less deductions for insurance, taxes, and umbrella company charges (PAYE £15.31 per hour). The closing date is Friday, 7th November.
 
To be suitable for this role, you must have experience working in a Business Support Officer, Team Secretary, Administrator or similar role in a complex organisation, preferably a local Borough or Council.
