Business Service Lead
- Permanent full time role *non IT*
- Hybrid working (one day a week in London)
- Salary circa £70,000 plus 20% bonus and benefits
A growing company operating in the insurance space is looking for an experienced Services Lead to build and develop relationships with external partners as well as internal teams. Duties will include:
- Managing service agreements
- Optimise and develop a more structured service delivery model/framework
- Ensure both services received/provided are in line with contractual agreements
- Being involved in service provision and support requests
- Reporting and monitoring KPI's
- Project and change delivery work
To be considered suitable you will have a strong background in service management/delivery along with the following skills:
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Reporting experience against KPI's
- Understanding of legal agreements and service contracts
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience in either outsourcing services, service provision or being a receiver of services
