A well-established multinational business is looking for an accomplished Digital Business Analyst with proven experience working on software change and modernization projects to join its team based in Putney, south west London, on an initial 6 month contract. Please note the organisation embraces flexibility so you will be able to work from home 3 days per week.
The primary purpose of the Business Analyst will be to understand the business change needs, assess the impact of those changes, and translate these into clearly documented requirements for new software applications and services.
In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility you must be a consummate communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and proven experience working as a Business Analyst on successful software development change projects in the Microsoft stack (.Net).
You will be comfortable capturing client requirements and ensuring that business and technological benefits are clearly defined and appropriately quantified as outcomes. You will create user storied and plan development activities to facilitate phased releases of software delivery.
The focus will be on process review and business requirements. You will work alongside a broad cross-section of colleagues to understand the current operational workflow and legacy IT systems and identify improvements to inform and drive the development of a new software platform. The ability to collaborate, build strong relationships and manage time and multiple concurrent workstreams is essential.
Working closely with the business and a sizeable team of project managers, database developers, software developers, and data analysts you will play a key role in the development and success of a key modernization program.
