Bid Coordinator

A multinational architectural firm is looking for an accomplished Bid Coordinator to join its growing, highly professional team based in London. The organisation embraces flexible working and requires you onsite 2 days per week.

Reporting directly to the Bid Manager you will play a key role in enabling the business to secure new and exciting projects. You will manage and produce high-quality bid submissions, for varying sectors, and will help to increase the company strike rate. You will track leads, perform market analysis, assist with creating development plans, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to manage bid programmes.

In order to be suitable for this role you must be an accomplished Bid Coordinator/Assistant with a desire to take on an exciting and challenging role. Previous experience within an architectural practice or construction firm would be highly advantageous to your application, but candidates with extensive knowledge of procurement and bid processes gained within other industries will also be considered.
