Account Manager – Birmingham – Hybrid Working (2 days per week in office) - £47kpa plus benefits
An award-winning technology business operating within the healthcare and public sector market is looking for an Account Manager to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Please note - this role offers hybrid working, two days per week will be based at their Birmingham office.
As the Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of accounts with the goal of increasing revenue retention and growth, identifying any opportunities for expansion and building long-term partnerships.
Your key responsibilities as Account Manager will include:

Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts.

Developing and maintaining account plans, pipelines and customer engagement strategies

Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and account growth

Managing contract renewals and retention initiatives

Working closely with the sales and marketing team on account strategy, new product rollouts and cross-sell campaigns

Support client onboarding and product adoption

Use CRM system (HubSpot) to manage account activity and commercial opportunities
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar account management, customer success, client relationship management, B2B sales or business development role. You will be commercially minded and confident using CRM tools to manage account activity.
