A large well–established organisation is looking for a proven Workday HCM Consultant / Specialist to champion the product for the business. This is a hybrid role, both working from home, approximately 3 days per week, and from their City, London office.
Reporting into the Head of Business Relationship Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating the Workday (Core HCM) vision for the future and defining the roadmap to meet business needs. There will be an initial focus on enterprise-wide adoption including introductions, training workshops & floor-walkers following it’s adoption to replace 14 legacy systems. Duties will include:

Partnering with stakeholders (internal and external suppliers)

Ongoing feature improvement and strategic development

Co-ordinating and enabling the delivery of projects and ongoing product improvements

Managing change control and governance process to ensure feature / product development follows design best practices

Making informed data driven decisions to support and enhance the product
In order to be suitable for this role you must have significant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager or similar senior role delivering Workday changes through both internal and managed service delivery teams. Matrix management and motivating teams of people working across a range of diverse change initiatives as well as liaising with third party suppliers and key stakeholders.
This is a business-critical role in a large reputable business that is looking to utilise the latest technologies to give them a commercial benefit. This Product Owner role is paying a basic salary up to £91,000 plus benefits including a generous non-contributory pension.
