This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded and long established MSP in the heart of Guildford. This is a newly created position for an experienced Senior IT Engineer to take a customer focused position paying £45,000 and based out of their Guildford office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and outgoing IT Engineer to provided 3rd Line BAU customer support as well as carry out various customer rollout / migration / install projects.
To be considered for this position you will ideally have an MSP / consultancy background or have worked in a high pressured and fast paced professional services organization.
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer you will have previous experience working across a complete on-prem & cloud Microsoft stack.

- Active Directory / Azure AD
- Windows 10
- Exchange Server / Exchange Online
- MS InTune / MS Endpoint Management
- Azure Windows Virtual Desktop
- HyperV / VMWare
- Network switches, routers, firewalls, VoIP & wireless systems
- Citrix
- Antivirus & Backup solutions
This will be a mixed role requiring the flexibility of different disciplines. Some days you will be working on a service desk providing 3rd line remote support, some days you will be on customer sites providing onsite BAU support, and other days you will be working on new projects using the latest technologies.
My client has been in business for well over 10 years, has 5 sites across the UK and employs circa 50 members of staff, the majority of which are IT engineers & service desk support analysts. They can offer excellent career progression and the chance to work with the latest cutting-edge systems.
This role is paying up to £45,000 and although is currently purely working from home based, once it is safe to do so, you can mix your week up with working from home, working from the office and working at customer sites.
