A well-established market-leading business is looking for an accomplished Wellbeing Director to spearhead the delivery of a newly created consultancy offering.
This position has a flexible and remote working approach, however, it is expected that when required you will travel to meet with clients.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an entrepreneurial and driven Wellbeing Director, with proven commercial acumen and a successful track record operating at board level to head up a consultancy operation within a hugely ambitious and rapidly growing business. Any experience within financial services, or of delivering bespoke Wellbeing solutions, would be advantageous to your application but is by no means essential.
Working with the senior leadership team, you will be involved in building relationships with board-level executives, targeting large-scale corporations, conducting organisational reviews and SWOT analysis in order to position the business to acquire market share, and overall creating a first-class service offering tailored to the specific needs of your clients.
All of the support services for a fully-fledged consultancy offering already exist within the business and you will have the opportunity to build on existing relationships with household name firms, alongside targeting new business opportunities, to rapidly expand the company.
This is a hands-on leadership and implementation role, with full accountability for the success of the consultancy offering, and offers significant bonus potential (circa 30%), plus a range of attractive benefits.
