A large well–established organisation is looking for a proven Digital / Web Project Manager to lead the upgrade of the existing website. This is a hybrid role both working from home and from their Central London office. This is a fixed term contract for initially 6 months.
The Digital / Web Project Manager will be part of the Communications and Engagement team and responsible for managing the website used to engage with their membership, due to be delivered by end of 2022. Duties will include:

Leading on the ongoing content development / migration

Reviewing and updating the website structure / layout to ensure excellent user experience

Designing and running internal and external usability testing, including writing user surveys and reviewing feedback

Liaising with external suppliers on the update design and technical fixes

Reporting to the Cloud upgrade project team

Drafting updates / promotion on the project
In order to be suitable for this role you must have significant experience as a Web Manager, Digital Project Manager, or similar role with proven experience of building and managing websites. It is essential to have technical knowledge of CMS, HTML & CSS. Any experience with running UAT exercises, understanding communications, integrating with CRM, writing occasional web content and/or working with a membership database would be highly desirable, but is not essential.
This Digital Web Project Manager role is paying £55,000 pro rata plus benefits including 30 days holiday, life insurance, pension & employee assistance scheme
