A well-established global technology services provider is looking for a bright and driven HR Generalist to be based predominantly from their offices in the Guildford area, with flexible working available.
Reporting into the European HR Manager, the successful candidate will be tasked with improving and delivering the full HR function for approximately 100 UK staff. Duties will include overseeing all daily HR operational activities, advising managers on key ER issues / HR best practice, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing the recruitment process to attract the best talent.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be a proven HR Generalist experience in a medium-sized fast-moving business. It is essential to have good knowledge of managing complex employee relations casework, advising managers on HR best practice, as well as completing all HR administration. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately with some experience in a standalone HR role or within a technology / IT business, but these are not essential.
This standalone HR Manager role represents an opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to join a positive well-established business. This role is paying approximately £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience plus benefits including pension, private healthcare, death in service and 25 days annual leave.
