L&D / Training Manager (Hospitality/Customer Service/Entertainment)
 
London (hybrid) paying up to £55,000 plus 25 days holiday.
 
A very well-known company in London is looking for an experienced L&D Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company going through change and transformation. 
 
This Learning and Development Manager role will be a mix of both strategic and hands on work, covering the following:
- Developing training plans/strategies across the organisation
- Partnering with Managers and Supervisors to upskill as well as determine training needs
- Delivering training across areas such as customer service, health and safety and compliance
- Managing a Training Administrator to coordinate external training where necessary
- Promoting practical e-learning as well as face to face training
- Undertaking training for casual/seasonal staff
- Providing mentoring where required
 
To be considered suitable you will need the following skills and experience:
- A strong track record in hands on training, learning and development
- A background in either hospitality, customer service, hotels, retail or entertainment/activity sectors  
- Ability to provide guidance on L&D strategy and plans
- An understanding of supporting apprenticeship programmes would be seen as advantageous
- Ability to both deliver training as well coordinate external specialists
- Experience across both e-learning and face to face learning
