Customer Service Administrator – Hybrid role
We're looking for a an experienced B2B Customer Service Administrator who loves helping people to join a friendly team within a successful Training and Events company. The role is hybrid with three days working from home and two days a week based in their modern and centrally based London offices.
The Customer Service Administrator is an integral part of the business, providing client support as well as collaborating with the Trainers and Sales team. The is a wide and varied role and will include the coordination and booking of training events, answering client and delegate queries, liaising with course venues, troubleshooting online platform issues, ordering course materials, dealing with Accreditation bodies as well as processing sales invoices.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Previous experience within a training/sales administration role
Background within the Legal sector would be desirable
Strong administration experience within a client focused role
Exceptional customer service skills
Highly proficient with online meeting platform eg. Teams and Zoom
Strong Microsoft Office skills and previous experience with CRM systems - ideally Salesforce
Excellent written and oral skills
Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised.
