Training Course Coordinator – Hybrid role
An exciting new opportunity for a Training Course Coordinator to join a busy team within a successful and thriving Training organisation who offer great benefits and a supportive culture. The role is hybrid with three days working remotely and two days a week based in their modern London offices.
The Training Course Coordinator is an integral part of the business, providing client support as well as collaborating with the Trainers and Sales team. The is a wide and varied role and will include the coordination and booking of training events, answering client and delegate queries, liaising with course venues, troubleshooting online platform issues, ordering course materials, dealing with Accreditation bodies as well as processing sales invoices.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Previous experience within a training/sales administration role
Strong administration experience within a client focused B2B role
Exceptional customer service skills
Highly proficient with online meeting platform eg. Teams and Zoom
Strong Microsoft Office skills and previous experience with CRM systems - ideally Salesforce
Excellent written and oral skills
Meticulous attention to detail and highly organised.
