PLEASE NOTE – due to the Covid guidelines this role will be work from home-based for the foreseeable future, and you will only return to the office once it is safe to do so.
This is a newly created position for a Trainee / Graduate / Junior IT Support Analyst to join the 1st line service desk providing telephone & remote IT support to external customers.
As a customer focussed role, the successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and enjoy dealing with users of all levels.
Ideally you will have some experience or study with:
- Call Logging & Remote Access tools
- Windows 10
- Office365
Any further experience with Azure, Citrix &/or VMWare, as well as any antivirus & backup solutions, would be highly beneficial.
Once you have settled into the role and completed the initial in-house training, you will have access to a wide range of fully funded formal Microsoft courses & exams. My client is looking for someone to progress up to the 2nd line team and then onto the 3rd line team when the time is right.
Based in the Guildford area of Godalming, Surrey, my client is in a good location for train links and A3 / M3 driving. This role is paying a salary of between £16,000 - £23,000 + full MCSE training & certification, pension, dental, life assurance & healthcare.
