Working for a fast growing and global organisation you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service and software troubleshooting support to a global client base. The role will involve a range of telephone and email technical support across various enterprise scale software and as mentioned above full training will be provided.
This Junior / Trainee IT Application Support role is paying a starting salary of £22,000 - £25,000 based on experience and includes benefits such as medical insurance, regular training, generous annual leave and other perks.
To be considered you will need to have the following skills / experience:
- Either a recent graduate with a focus on IT software, or previous helpdesk / service desk support experience or a background in customer service with an interest in IT software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel and Word
