A well-established business is looking for a Test Analyst with experience across the full SDLC to join its team based near Staines, Surrey. The business embraces flexibility so you will be able to work from home 2-3 days per week.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with software testing, working on all aspects of the end-to-end Testing process in Agile/Scrum environments. You will have the ability to work with Test and Defect Management tools such as JIRA, ALM and Test Rail.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of documented test cases. You will be executing tests, preparing test reports and working closely with relevant departments and stakeholders to report defects when required. You will also have strong experience in functional testing, including API, Cross Browser and Mobile Testing. You will have experience with Re-testing and Regression Testing and a minimum of 6 months experience using automation tools to script automation test cases such as Selenium and Postman SOAP UI.
You will work as key member of the product development team to define the testing of web-based applications in line with Agile principles. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be comfortable with working on different phases of testing for multiple projects. You will understand requirements and user stories and prepare and execute test scripts, log defects and contribute to Test Plans and Exit Reports.
